zoning change from commercial to residential, without needing to cancel

Hello, 
I would very much appreciate help with a zoning change from commercial to residential, without needing to cancel and the liability for cancellation fees.
After spending about 4 hours on the phone, I was told that I have to continue using the business plan, and was sent an email for the same contract with a fee increase from $80 a month to $90 a month. 
I never experienced anything like this in my life before, and I'm 78years old.

Thank you...
No, it's a single private dwelling.
In the meantime, I received a call and agreed to a switch to a non-contract account for $99.00, and later cancel and switch to Infiniti.

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 

 

• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 

 

• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 

 

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 

 

• Press Enter to send it
