Internet outage missing work again. I need to be reimbursed for the unexpected internet outage. This is not the first time I have missed being able to conduct business due to random outages during business hours.

We never expect you, or any other loyal, valued member of our Comcast business family to pay for any services that you did not receive or were unable to use due to an unexpected interruption in services, so we would be more than happy to get you a credit to cover the entire time your services were interrupted. In order to get a credit for Comcast Business service, you would need to reach out us over the phone, at 1-800-391-3000. Please let us know if you have any other questions, or if you have any trouble getting the credit via our incredible Comcast Business support team, who handles any billing questions or concerns with our Comcast Business services.
