Worst Contract Negotiation and Pricing
CRAZY!!! I AM FURIOUS!!
I have ben with COMCAST for 23 years across 2 locations and never had issues paying my bill or anything else. My contract came up for renewal and they are obviously trying to get a substantial increase - greater than 25% !!
I called into the contract dept and they tried to sell me everything under the sun and wasted an hour of my time and finally came back with the same crazy price.
I searched around for new service and found that if I close my old account (been with Comcast for over 23 years) and open a new account, I can get a much more competitive price!!
How stupid is that!! How inconvenient for the customer and Comcast has to onboard a whole new customer and setup and end up loosing money!!
I hate Comcast and this stupidity!!
