Without business internet and phone service for 3 days now...
We have comcast business internet gigabit extra and phone services... we have been without service now for 3 days. Comcast is holding our business hostage with no way to receive calls, do business, etc... tech support tells us our modem is down and needs to be replaced. But a service call is not scheduled until next week? That is unacceptable!!! When we call, customer service is slick and smooth, careful to say what they think we want to hear in order to get us off the phone quickly... but no escalation to get our service and business back up and running! Everytime it rains here we have problems with phones and internet connectivity. We will be switching .... worst service ever.... someone prove me wrong!
