Why do I pay $300 per month for business internet that doesn't work during 20% of business hours?

As the title says: Why do I pay $300 per month for business internet that doesn't work during 20% of business hours? Why am I expected to pay full cost when you don't provide the full service?

Hi there @user_8b1e66. I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles with your Business Internet service. You are in the right place and we are happy to take a look at this for you. Now are you on wireless connection or hardwired connection for your business?

Hard wired. The problem isn't with my hardware. The problem is the constant outages in my area.

Thank you for the clarification. We are happy to take a look at the account for you. Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number. By clicking the "direct messaging" icon in the upper right page of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle (Comcast Business) to send us a private message.• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
