Why are there always days long outages for the businesses district near Vermont Ave in dc

Not sure what is going on Vermont Ave in NW Dc, but this is the third time recently where the entire block internet went out. As a business Rhys relies on connectivity for our phone lines and patient care, this is just ridiculous and costly. Maybe infrastructure needs to be updated for this street ASAP
