Connectivity and managing Your Comcast Business network

webpage not loading

My PCs at work where we have Comcast service cannot connect to the voip.ms webpage. The message, using any browser or PC (ie not firewall settings) I get is:

This site can’t be reached

voip.ms took too long to respond.

However, I can connect using any PC at my home where I have Verizon service as well as when i use my cell phone.

Please advise. Thank you.

Hello Bobster47,

I was able able to get to the webpage. Does your computer go through any additional firewalls, switches, or router other than the comcast modem ?

My IT guy came home from college and said you would understand this:

Traces from both Verizon and Comcast reach "border1-po1-bbnet1.nyj004.pnap.net (216.52.95.46)", but Comcast/Verizon packets then follow a different path and Comcast packers are dropped.
