Webmail Timeout?

Webmail help says

Outlook Web Access automatically closes its connection to your mailbox after a period of inactivity.

A request was made to Comcast Support to identify what the timeout is and whether it can be modified.

After sending the request to Tier II, the response was that the issue was resolved without any information.

Does anyone know what the expected timeout period is?
