web site support page

What's up with the Comcast Business support page?!  I have cleared cache and data multiple time but cannot access support tickets or internet troubleshooting.   It just keep sending me back to the home page.   This has been going on for 3 days.

user_ea93c1 Is it just not allowing you to sign in, or are you running into the access issue right when you are landing on the support page?

I can sign in, see my account but when I go to the support menu and select support tickets it spins and sends me back to the home page.   Same with all support sites, click on the links, page spins then send be to the homepage.   I keep clearing the cache and data but does not make a difference.

Please send us a private message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number. By clicking the "message" icon in the upper right page of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle (Comcast Business) to send us a private message.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send it
