Upgrade Conditions...?
Anyone know what the upgrade condtions would be and if there are any if one were to ask for an upgrade to a higher priced plan while still under contract...
Let's say I wan't to go from $69.99 to $109.99 business class (16mbit to 50mbit).
I've got a year left on my current contract, and I wish not to change it or extend it... just would like a straight speed upgrade from 16mbit to 50mbit... I want to contract to stay the same...
Thanx for all the replies... If the answer is no way, never gonna happen... well no big deal.

You can upgrade/downgrade speeds any time, and there is no change in contract terms.

Hello Ed_ and welcome,
Yes, please contact 800-391-3000 amd use either the high speed internet or change of service option, then ask the agent for the promotional starter to 50/10 promotion which will save you $20/mo (paying 89.95 instead of 109.95) over the 2 year promotional 50/10 upgrade. Again, this will enable you to enjoy this upgrade and saving over the new 2 year Service Order Upgrade Agreement.
