Unable to access website

We are unable to access the website: https://hps.medcity.net/CustomerLogin.aspx?serviceLocationId=OTcyMw%3d%3d

We have verified that it works with another ISP.

Please advise.

Welcome djbeaton_keywel.  We have successfully accessed the website from inside the Comcast Network.  If you will send me a private message with the Business account number and contact info.  I will have the Tier 2 group verify access from your location.

Thank You

Hello @dtlawrence! Thank you so much for reaching out to us here via our Xfinity Forums platform. I am sorry to hear that you are having a hard time accessing https://comca.st/3lmGOgu website while connected to your internet. Have you attempted to open it using different browsers like Chrome, Google, Yahoo, etc? Also, can you see if you can access it while in Incognito?

I no longer work for Comcast.

Hi Selena,

I tried with different browsers and different computers and I even directly connected my laptop to the modem using ethernet connection to eliminate the wifi.

Strange thing is that if I connect to xfinity wifi, the websites work

You can check and disable portions of the gateway firewall by selecting one of the following options. Remember that disabling part of your firewall opens holes for possible threats. Only disable those options required by your network setup.

  1. Check Disable Firewall for True Static IP Subnet Only to disable all firewall functionality for devices assigned an IP from the static IP subnet.
  2. Check Disable Gateway Smart Packet Detection to disable the threat detection feature for all devices connected to the gateway.

You can also check to make sure that your Website blocking is not enabled or that these sites are not on the website blocking list if it is.
