The Customer is happy

Long long ago in a galaxy quite close

A Comcast Tech was on time for an appointment
Comcast Business Internet was installed
Including a new drop and lightning arrestor
IPv4 and IPv6 functioned flawlessly
Download and upload speeds were satisfactory
(The 7th bill was correct with no adjustments)

Today, 16 January 2019 marks 6 years of service
Monitor records show insignificant downtime

The customer is happy

A short time ago in a back yard quite close

At 10:43 AM my modem showed no connection.

(A shallowly buried coax cable had been dislodged and broken by tracked loader pivoting over the cable.)

A ten minute call set up a 2-5 PM truck roll.

A few minutes after 2 PM the tech arrived and,

not too long later I had internet connectivity again.

The tech looked at the modem signal strength

and pronounced them perfect.

The drop cable was buried on April 1 2013, more than nine years ago.

The customer continues to be happy.

Of course, I would like larger upload to download speed ratio, such as 1:1.
