Text Notifications?

I just switched from Xinfity and am no longer getting status and notifications of outages in my area which I would like to have. I have searched but don't see them on any webpage and calling is useless since that is not a topic I can select. Anyone know?

Hey there, user_1f4a2c, thanks for reaching out through Comcast Forums. You would be able to use our status center to view any service interruptions in your area, https://xfinity.com/status. However, if you are not currently subscribed to Xfinity services you would not receive text message notifications on service interruptions. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

I do have a Comcast Business account and just want text notifications like I got with Xfinity.

@user_1f4a2c You can stay informed about interruptions online via My Account. We recommend you watch this video that will inform you on how you can continue to run your business during an interruption. <Edited: Link>

@Comcast_Linda​ The video shows what I want but I can't find it on 'My Account'. I am in my active account with internet showing usage.

You will usually see the banner and options when you are experiencing an interruption. If the service is currently active then you may not see that alert when you sign in. Are you experiencing any issues with your service at this time?
