some website unreachable (www.peilian.com)

This is a weird issue I have for about 2 weeks now. The connection to www.peilian.com was OK for long time. 

The website can be reached if I don't use the comcast business internet (cellular data, or from office). I have a friend with Comcast Business who was on the next block of the street, he can reach the website.

What can go wrong here? What can I do? I called the customer service and I was only told I am using my own modem and possibly the firewall blocks it. But I am sure that I don't have such firewall.
