SMTP port 25 blocked

Our US subsidiary has some printers that cannot send out emails. Our US colleague(not IT expert) called Comcast support to talk about this but support only said they don't block any ports. But I found the link below about blocked ports on the Comcast network. I tried to contact support but they can only accept US numbers. And there is no way to create a support ticket by email.

Our setting is using O365 to send out email. How can we fix that issue or work around solution?

@user_4fac6b Could you please send our team a direct message. Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

@user_4fac6b, please send us a Direct Message by clicking the "direct messaging" icon in the upper right page of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle (Comcast Business) to send us a private message.• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Hey, @user_4fac6b! The icon should just be a little message box on the top right-hand side. However, looking further into this, you are correct about port 25 being blocked. If you would like to set up Outlook 365 you would need to use either port 587 which is a secure port or port 465 as we will not lift the block on port 25 based on the article you sent us for secuirty reasons. Please let us know if you have any questions.
