Dear Sir, Dear Madam,
we have already orderd a new connection at the 15th July. But we get any appointment, really response or anything else up to now. Our Business consultant is out of the office unitl the end of October and the support at the hotline told us, we should call the manager or the consultant. We can not reach anyone...
PLEASE HELP US.
We need the connection to the 15th August.
