Should I replace my Arris SB6190 SURFboard Cable Modem?

I am currently using this Cable Modem for my Comcast Teleworker service and recieved a Class Action Notification about it.  I'm seeing 57.1Mbps down and about 12.9Mbps up with my service with ~12 ms Latency.  I'm wondering if I'm getting the maximum performance out of my internet connection?  Should I replace my modem with something newer that does not have the flawed Intel Puma 6 Chipset included in these modems?

I have reached my limit of PM's - here's the speed test info:

 PING ms
13
 DOWNLOAD Mbps
31.23

 UPLOAD Mbps
6.16

Bearing in mind that there is only one computer directly connected to the modem.  Ping also comes back with 0% loss.  Shall I try connecting a few more machines?

It never hurts to test your speed or service with multiple devices. If you have a chance to test other computers directly to the modem let me what results you get if you don't mind.
