Service interruptions with no access to customer service
Hello. Our internet service has been experiencing frequent speed fluctuations that are causing problems in our business. I've been attempting to contact Comcast Business for support and the robotic answering service keeps hanging up on us and the chat button on the "Contact Us" site is greyed out and inactive. Can someone please tell me how to speak with an agent?
