Service in 98682, Vancouver Wa.
Ever since 11 am PDT this morning I have been getting connectivity like this. The first hop data loss, and Comcast has never shown any issue when I have called in. A repair tech just left after looking things over, and 18 mins later it does this:
What is most frustrating is I have no way to speak to someone that is technical (I am a network engineer, I would like someone that can really debug this)

Can you post a screenshot of your DS/US signals? Also, describe your networking setup (modem model, router model, traffic path, etc)
