Remove Security Edge

So after much effort I had the Security Edge turned off but Comcast is still charging me $29.95. How can I remove this "feature"?

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us today. You should be able to remove this feature, but you will have to do so by calling our Billing agents at 1-800-391-3000. They will be able to assist you in removing the service and applying any credits that may be owed to you.
