Recently signed new contract for business internet and phone service with Comcast Business.

 My contract lists all the fees I will be charged excluding taxes.  When I got my bill there is an additional fee charged of 16.00 for Directory Listing (which we do not have directories in our area anymore) and Voice network investment which should be listed or included in price that I agreed to pay.  I signed a contract that did not list these fees.  Is that legal?  It is a monthly fee also, not just a onetime fee.

Did you call into our Business line to sign up for a new contract or was it a specific sales rep that assisted you?
