Question

I need to know if the demarcation for this line is in the shop where the service is.  If it is not, it needs to be moved to the mangement office. 508-324-4266

Hello jag and welcome,

The Comcast telephone service demarcation ends where the Telephone Modem outputs connect to the front end of your patch panel. The backend of your patch panel is connected to all of your telephone internal wiring and if you want you telephone line moved to your management office, you will need to contact a telephone electrician to add that new telephone wire and jack from your patch panel backend to your office.
