Packet Loss and High RTA

I constantly see this alerts in our monitoring system(s) every. single. day.

The office that is being monitored is in Lone Tree, CO:



Any ideas why it's always a crap connection to the office?  I've run trace routes, MTR, and some other tests and there's no issues with the routes or hops in between or network hand offs.
