overcharged by Comcast

Comcast Business overcharged me last year. In January I got a letter stating that I have a credit of $60.81 in my account. How do I receive the payment?

If there is a credit on the account the balance would be used to pay any future bills, if the account is closed, it will be paid back to the payment method on the account file.
