outages in fort myers due to upgrades

we are having multiple notices about potential outages in Fort Myers due to upgrades.  Is there any more information available?

user_bac321, Good morning, and thank you for reaching out to Comcast Business Support. If you have received a notice about upgrades being done in the area, there can be brief interruptions. Most work is done in the off hours, so as not to effect our customers. If you have any issues, let us know and we can check into it for you.

Intermittent outages affect our business.  We would like to know how the upgrades are going to insure reliability in the future.

  • Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see a chat box icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link here: https://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/direct-messaging

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
• - A "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send it
