Official contract end date and what kind of cancellation notice is required?

Hi scooby2 and welcome to the forums! If you happen to have your Service Order Agreement on file, it would have the length of the agreement and the date it was effective as the start date. You would want to provide 60 day notice for a voluntary disconnect. Is there anything we can do to keep you as our customer?
