No internet connectivity, Backup LTE not working

We have had a multi day service outage including the backup LTE system. When I call customer support, I get hung up on due to known outage. Isn’t the point of the backup LTE to ensure internet connectivity?

Hello, @Questioner, it's important we get your Connection Pro service working properly. I'm sorry you could not fall back on the LTE backup to get online during the interruption.
