No Email Option

I don't have the option to manage email.  Does this need to be activated by customer service or do I need to do something with my account for it to work?

It looks as though you will have to call technical support to ensure that your emails are properly added to your account. You can call us at 1-800-391-3000 anytime 24/7. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I am trying to opt out of promotional postal mailings. The ones I receive are for non-customers and are a waste of resources, space, and time.
