New service at a new construction business

We finished the contruction of a new gas station , we made sure to ask the contractor to add a conduit 1.5 inch ( an inch and a half) only for the internet ,all the way from the electric pole underground to the building. And when we called comcast for the Service someone showed up from comcast to inspect the site . He said "an inch and a half conduit " is not enough for the internet cable we have to bore the internet cable ourselves all the way to the building ( by the way the contruction is done and we are open using starlink) then he said the internet cable is bigger than" inch and a half " . Sounds like there is something not right. We asked for investigation nobody answered. And when we asked for update on the new service they said the "boring company" is still waiting for permit from the county and the electric company. We have been almost 2 months and nothing done yet.Due to the critical need for internet to operate our business, we were compelled to temporarily use Starlink.we are asking for answers on why they won't use the conduit which was installed specifically for comcast and why they need to bore the cable and even though they didn't do anything for 2 moths.

We did , and they return us to the same person, we originally talk to. Waste of time!

I'm sorry to hear that, user_7adf2d. Was it recently? From here, the best we can do is open a ticket to have someone reach out to you by phone. However, we need an account number to open tickets. Do you have a business account already? If not, my recommendation would be to reach out to our Support team once more. It would be the best way to get an update on this.
