Multiple installation confirmations - Why?
I setup an install for Business Internet for my business in Sarasota, FL. Why did I receive 4 confirmations of the installation with-in two days of the install. Two of them were real people on the phone asking me the same information. One was via email and the 4th was an automated system via the phone. Why the multiple communications to verify the install?

I can't exactly say why, but it's likely your installation wasn't confirmed properly in the system, so multiple systems confirmed it. Normally, I'd expect two confirmations. One from a human and another from an automated system to confirm the appointment.
