Jitter, Latency Spikes, Packet Loss
Business Service 200 Down / 20 Up
Service Location is North Indianapolis city of Noblesville, IN
Speed Tests are within range, however monitoring both behind router or directly connected to modem result in spikes, packet loss and jitter. A major IP that consistently spikes seems to be:

We have changed thru several modems, routers and used several computers to monitor all with the same issues/results. The graph below displays an example of what we are experiencing.

No. All devices experience the issue. We have tested all our cables, devices and network, they are sound. The Pingplotter Graphs seems to point to a Comcast Network issue to the Backbone. In particular, is the NODE at
24.153.88.85

This is a recent chart. There is constant issues with that node.
