Hi JOSEPH KAY(TLWKR), Norton is not available for free with Comcast Business accounts. However, as a Comcast Business Internet customer, you can purchase Norton™ security software in the Comcast Business Cloud Solutions marketplace. The directions on how to do that can be found in the article you shared.
