intermittent outages

for the past month our business internet account has had inexplicable intermittent outages nearly daily. sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes an hour. sometimes its just the internet, sometimes its the comcast phone line and the internet. this is starting to drastically effect productiving, morale, and of course, the running of our business with customers. we have a comcast modem. we have a static IP. we have restarted equipment, routers, browsers, computers dozens of times and its all still happening. can I get an experienced tech who can help eliminate these problems for my biz? for the price we are paying this is completely unreasonable and inexcusable. we are ready to switch to anyone else - please help.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it

No. this is not accurate. I am a comcast business account, these instructions do not work for that. Nor is there a user with that name. I managed to get a Comcast Business profile into a "conversation" but its been 20 minutes without a reply to my followup question to their response now. Pathetic. Awful. Infuriating.
