Intermittent Connection for last 2 days
Is there some outage in Eugene, OR? I keep loosing connectivity for a couple minutes at a time every couple hours. Reboots didn't change the issue at all. I'm monitoring my IP from offsite, so it's not my internal connectivity.

What do the down & up stream signals look like? It would be better to get a snapshot of them during a connection loss (probably not possible/feasible to do remotely)
