I can't ping my assigned static IPs
I have a block of 5 static IPs.
If I have the modem in the normal mode, I can ping the WAN gateway xxx.xxx.xxx.126, but I can not ping the other 5 WAN static IPs, xxx.xxx.xxx.121-5. I need to ping xxx.xxx.xxx.121.
In the bridge mode I can't ping either xxx.xxx.xxx.126 or xxx.xxx.xxx.121.
I can always reach the modem at 10.1.10.1.
The modem is a Technicolor Model # DPC 3941B.
I have routers that I use internally when I'm in the bridge mode.
The firewall doesn't make a difference.
Traceroute will route to 126 in the normal mode. traceroute routes to Comcast in the bridge mode.
Whatsmyip.com gives random results in the bridge, and it gives the gateway xxx.xxx.xxx.126 in the normal mode.
nmap says the the host is up but all ports are filtered for xxx.xxx.xxx.121 in both the normal and bridge modes. nmap says the the host is up but all ports are filtered for xxx.xxx.xxx.126 in the bridge mode. nmap sees ports in the normal mode on xxx.xxx.xxx.126.
I want to be able to ping www.flixtion.com. What do I need to do to get that to happen?

I would like to assist with your static Ip issues. Can you please provide the name, address and phone number on the account through private message?

Michelle said that the static IPs wouldn't route to my modem, if I put the modem in the bridge mode. The only way that this would happen is if Comcast checks the modem and stop the static IP routes based on the modem setting.
In any event, I took the modem out the bridge mode and connected the server, 10.1.10.159, directly to the modem.
I can now hairpin the server, 10.1.10.159, across the public gateway, 74.xxx.xxx.126.
The public gateway nmaps, pings, and traceroutes as it should. But the static IP, 74.xxx.xxx.121 does not ping. The traceroute routes only gets to private gateway inside the cable modem, 10.1.10.1.
traceroute to 74.xxx.xxx.121 (74.xxx.xxx.121), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets
1 192.168.1.1 (192.168.1.1) 0.263 ms 0.371 ms 0.500 ms
2 10.1.10.1 (10.1.10.1) 8.803 ms 9.045 ms 9.286 ms
3 10.1.10.1 (10.1.10.1) 2974.051 ms !H 2974.497 ms !H 2974.676 ms !H
nmap to 74.xxx.xxx.121 says that the host is up but all ports are filtered.
