I can't access security edge when I'm the primary manager

Hello:

I cannot access the security edge due to not the primary manager (I am the primary manager). Can someone help resolve?

Thank you. I'm still getting the error. I talked to Comcast on Friday, and they said to give it 72 hours before a response can be given. The customer service person advised me that the issue was sent to the team that handles that. She did advise that it may take longer due to the holiday weekend. I was checking to see if it's a computer setting that I could be missing, but I've tried it on all three of my computers with no success. Thank you for responding though.
