Help, Weekly Outage
Comcast is of zero help. For the last several weeks, we have at least one day where there is no signal to the modem. Resetting it does nothing. Magically the signal will come back after being out all day. Zero work happens on these days with no connectivity or phones. Calls in generate trouble tickets that are of zero help, because they close each ticket after each call with NO notes for the next clueless advisor that asks for the same information over and over.

To send a direct message:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
