frequent outages

Carmel, CA 93923; business internet services have been going down more frequently in the past 30-45 days than the past year... understand if PGE goes down, but this is Comcast BUSINESS Internet... supposed to be higher level of service... WHY

We all work from home on this end of the screen so we can completely relate to how it causes you to make arrangements that you didn't expect. There are factors outside of our control that affect the service we provide our customers. Be sure to check out the Comcast Business app for updates on the local interruptions.

@Comcast_Brad​ I don't need to check on line, when my service gets SUPER slow occasionally, and when it goes to sleep for minutes at a time. sometimes I need to reset the router to get service back...

Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number. • Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
• An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
