Devices keep disconnecting from internet

Hello, I own and operated a facility in which  it was required to have comcast business internet.  In the beginning,  everything was fine. I had no issues with internet or my devices automatically connecting. I have 6  flat screens,  4 speakers, 1 laptop, and 4 mobile phones.  Suddenly all my devixes just started disconnecting from the internet. I ve had to have someone come out more than 3x in 1 month and I'm still having the issues. I have the 2.4 and 5 for my business. Im afraid I may have to just go with another provider if this issue can't be resolved.

I can understand your frustration and would like to help make things right. Please send us a private message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number. By clicking the "message" icon in the upper right page of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle (Comcast Business) to send us a private message.

 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
  • - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
