Continued connectivity drops in the PM hours in the 38066 zip
We continue to experience connection drops every afternoon. It can happen 2 to 4 times daily. Most of the time it may take resetting our modem or re-establishing our connection to Xfinity to correct, but even that takes a few tries to work. Are others experiencing these problems in that zipcode? What other system wide issues could be driving this behavior. This started about 3 weeks ago.
