Complaint

It’s always something with this company. I have a $420.30 that was supposed to be refunded to me and I still have not received. They act like this is $20 , I need my money. I have already considered taking legal action. Every time I call nobody knows nothing, they never want to connect me to a manager.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
