Comcast Service is horrible

We pay for business class internet because we run our business on Comcast. We are supposed to have some sort of business class SLA. The service is terrible. It goes down all the time. At least a dozen or so times a year. They lie about maintenance windows. For example, one here in NW DC a planned outage notification went out that they were planning upgrades and had planned maintenance for 12:30am March 19th till 02:30AM. Well, here we are and it is 11:30PM March 18th and its been down for an hour and half and all my customers are angry. For them to provide this very poor service and then hike up what we pay consistently to these sky rocket prices. I should have never left verizon. This is my last bit of my contract with Comcast Business. The service is just as bad as regular comcast personal residential internet. [Edited: "Soliciting"]. Im going back to verizon. They never hiked up my bill for no reason or notification, the service never went down (maybe once a year if that), its just a night and day experience. I paid less then half and got way more. Have no clue why i fell for that intro rate that lasted one year of a 3 year contract before they have since tripled the price even though im still in my contract period.
