Comcast router - wired clients are on different network from wifi clients

I have a location with a CBR-T modem.  This feeds into a Netgear switch for wired devices.  The wifi in the modem/router is turned on and shows a DHCP range of 10.1.10.2 to 10.1.10.253, with a gateway of 10.1.10.1  The devices hooked up via wire are on this network.

However, any devices connected via wifi are getting a 172.16.100.x address, with a gateway of 172.16.100.254.  Obviously, the wireless devices cannot communicate with the wired.  There is nothing I can find in the modem/router config (which is pretty simple) that indicates any kind of network of 172.16.100.x, wifi or otherwise.

Pulling my hair out here and don't know what to think.  I'm 900 miles away in a remote office, and nobody at the affected location has any technical skill.

Anyone ever have this issue and found a solution?

I did find this post with another person describing the same issue, but it is years old, and no solution was provided.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us here @macgyver35. That is definitely an issue we can look further into from here for you. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for that service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

I see no "Direct Message" link, and I am unbale to log in with the url you provided, even after entering my account email address and the resulting verification code received at that email address.

If that link was not working @macgyver35 you can reach the Business team directly at https://business.comcast.com/help-and-support/contact-us/ or call them directly at the 1-800-391-3000 number as well.
