Comcast construction help
We recently moved to a new office building down the street and have been having a heck of a time getting Comcast service to the building. It already has cable run to the building but the signal is too weak to provide internet or TV service. The problem is the construction team keeps sending it back to the scheduling folks without fixing the problem. The latest installer was out here last week and was told that the order should have been on hold pending construction but someone had released it to a technician.
Apparently we need a new 700+ foot cable run but I can't find out any ETA. We started this process in August and it's a bit frustrating to keep going in circles. When I call Comcast and they always tell me that our sales person should be taking care of this but he is unreachable. Thankfully we have an alternative internet provider so we can do our jobs, but other than satellite there are no cable TV alternatives here.
Is there anyone on here who can help connect me with the right folks to get some answers? Thanks!

@NGStan
Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. I hate to hear this has been your experience and would love to investigate this for you! Please send us a PM with your first and last name, as well as house numbers to your service address. To send us a Private Chat Message, select the message icon in the top right corner and then search for Xfinity support. With our new Xfinity support chat, you do not need to input the name of a person. Just select Xfinity support and you will be able to speak with the next available specialist.

I am having similar difficulties. I can't get a clear answer, either. This has been going on since July.
