Can't place order.
I spoke to a Comcast Business rep. (David [Edited: "Personal Information"])
I have asked for Comcast Business to provide this package, but the Comcast Business rep. assigned to our company will not provide this package. He doesn't say that this package isn't available at our address, he just says that he can't sell it to us at the pricing that is on the Comcast Business website. I have asked for a manager, but no one has given us a call.
Every time I call Comcast Business, I am transferred to the same Comcast Business rep. because our company is 'locked' to him and he won't provide the package.
Does Comcast Business have a customer support line that can assist me.

Due to account security, our options with Comcast Business accounts are very limited. We're unable to access any sales or billing related processes over this platform. Under normal circumstances, you would need to reach out to our sales team by calling (800) 391-3000 or (855) 221-8807. Was that the number you were calling before?
