Business to residential service

I’ve had Comcast business service for many years at my home due to my job. I’m retired now and no longer require business service and would like to move to residential. Can this be done without a service outage and what is the procedure/ process I should follow.

Hello @Deisenlord our team can help you set up an Xfinity Residential account, but you would need to contact our Comcast Business team at 1-800- 391-3000 to close the business account. We can set up the residential account first, so there's no service downtime. When did you want to start the process?
