bgp have flapped
My VPN provider complained that the bgp have flapped and asked to contact to Comcast whether they had seen the fluctuation between 02:45 AM - 03:15 EDT May 28 2015. How can help me with this? Oh how can I monitor the BGP status. Is it my modem has problem? If so how can I replace it?
