Bad route in Comcast router

Hi there.  I'm having an issue connecting to a website (keystonecollects.com) and found that a traceroute to the site hops back and forth between te-0-7-0-0-ar03.mckeesport.pa.pitt.comcast.net and te-0-5-0-0-ar03.mckeesport.pa.pitt.comcast.net.  I believe one or both of the routers have a bad route and this is causing the website to not load.  It is essential to reach this website.  Could someone please help with this?
