192.168.1.1 gateway
Our router is set to 192.168.1.1 (changed from 10.1.10.1) I used to be able to access the admin and now it just times out.

You can reboot your device or try 10.0.0.1 ip adress by your browser.

Hello millennia,
Even though you changed the Lan IP see if the login screen pulls up if you type 10.1.10.1 into any browser instead of 192.168.1.1

I would like to push a factory rest from my end to see if this fixes your connection issue. I can backup your configuration and put it back once complete.
