Hello @user_20e08c, thank you for taking the time to leave a post.  Sorry, you're having trouble accessing your Comcast Business Wi-Fi settings. I can understand how frustrating that can be, especially if you're unable to sign in and need to update your password quickly. To make sure we understand your request correctly, are you trying to reset the admin portal (Cusadmin) password used to manage your Comcast Business gateway settings, or are you trying to reset the Wi-Fi password that devices use to connect to your wireless network?
